Director / Instructor

Coastal Dance Academy director, Terri Morris began her dance training in Southern Florida at the age of three. When she was 15 she was already teaching at a professional level.

Terri then went on to College at The University of Southern Mississippi, where she majored in dance and minored in acting. During her freshman year, Terri auditioned and qualified for the Dixie Darling Dance Team, was named Homecoming Queen, and was a bathing suit model for a magazine company along the Florida Coast.

After graduating from College, Terri moved to New Hampshire where she performed in various musicals such as "Send In The Clowns", The King and I", and with the New York casting group of "Oklahoma". She also opened her first studio there and, to this day, she has opened and directed three successful studios of her own.

Terri is a four time National award-winning choreographer. Her work has been recognized at the Tremaine and Starpower dance competitions. Terri's senior Jazz and Tap numbers won first place at the 2008 Tremaine Competition in Washington, DC. She has studied with professional choreographers throughout the world including Wade Robson and Broadway Star Chita Rivera.

Brittany is a 2002 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and a 2006 graduate of Wesley College, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts. Brittany has been dancing and performing for the past 24 years along the Atlantic Coast. Four of those years, she has taught classes at Coastal Dance Academy. Her emphasis on style and technique have brought tremendous success to the studio.

Brittany is a National award-winning choreographer for junior through senior divisions at the Tremaine dance competition. Brittany has performed at Sea on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and recently auditioned for the Rockette Spectacular in New York City and for the Philadelphia 76ers dance team.

Brittany has attended many dance conventions and competitions in Washington, D.C., New York, Virginia, Myrtle Beach, and Northwest Florida. Brittany is proud to be part of an award winning studio.
